	Plan 1 Trunk Line This plan is tailored for use as an outbound line; ideal for telemarketing programs. Although it does not have a telephone number assigned to it, you can specify a specific number that you want displayed on the receiving party’s Caller ID Box. $14.95 per month * USA .025 per minute * All USA calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 12 second minimum charge. * Click for our low International rates * International calls are billed in 30 second increments with a 60 second minimum charge. * A one-time set up fee of $20.00 applies to each line ordered. In order to use this service you must purchase one of our terminal adapters. Each adapter supports up to two lines. These adapters are simple to use, and are pre-programmed prior to shipment for DHCP server (makes installation in most cases plug and play.) Our Terminal adapter is $90.00, plus shipping and handling at cost. This Plan was designed for telemarketers. When TeleBlock® Do Not Call (DNC) blocking service is added, each outbound call will screen against all appropriate DNC lists. Calls made to numbers that appear on a DNC list will be blocked. During the order process you will be asked for your Federal Trade Commission (FTC) registration information, specifically, your Subscriber Account Number (SAN) and Org ID. (All telemarketers must register with the FTC and purchase DNC information for those area codes into which the telemarketer will be calling.) 	Plan 2 Business Line This is typical business telephone service. We provide you with a telephone number in the area code of your choice or you can keep your existing number. Business Line service includes e911, Directory Assistance and Operator Services. The plan features the utilization of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over existing Internet technology. You can specify a specific number that you want displayed on the receiving party's Caller ID Box. $49.00 per month * USA .0149 per minute * All USA calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 12 second minimum charge. * Click for our low International rates * International calls are billed in 30 second increments with a 60 second minimum charge. * A one-time set up fee of $50.00 applies to each channel ordered. In order to use this service, compatible voice gateway equipment is required to interface with Citadel Telephone Company’s proxy servers.
