Trunk Line

This plan is tailored for use as an outbound line; ideal for telemarketing programs.

Although it does not have a telephone number assigned to it, you can specify a specific number that you want displayed on the receiving party’s Caller ID Box.

* All USA calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 12 second minimum charge.

* A one-time set up fee of $20.00 applies to each line ordered.

In order to use this service you must purchase one of our terminal adapters. Each adapter supports up to two lines. These adapters are simple to use, and are pre-programmed prior to shipment for DHCP server (makes installation in most cases plug and play.) Our Terminal adapter is $90.00, plus shipping and handling at cost.

This Plan was designed for telemarketers. When TeleBlock® Do Not Call (DNC) blocking service is added, each outbound call will screen against all appropriate DNC lists. Calls made to numbers that appear on a DNC list will be blocked. During the order process you will be asked for your Federal Trade Commission (FTC) registration information, specifically, your Subscriber Account Number (SAN) and Org ID. (All telemarketers must register with the FTC and purchase DNC information for those area codes into which the telemarketer will be calling.) Use of TeleBlock ® does not exempt you from registering and paying any appropriate state and/or federal fees that may be applicable to you.

Once the SAN and Org ID information is received, our system will automatically set up your database and maintain your DNC lists in accordance with State and Federal rules. (Click here for complete information.)

Plan 2

Business Line

This is typical business telephone service. We provide you with a telephone number in the area code of your choice or you can keep your existing number. Business Line service includes voice mail, three-way calling and conferencing.

SIP Direct

This outbound plan is tailored to the higher volume contact centers with more complex needs.

The plan features the utilization of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over existing Internet technology.

You can specify a specific number that you want displayed on the receiving party's Caller ID Box.

In order to use this service, compatible voice gateway equipment is required to interface with Citadel Telephone Company’s proxy servers. Citadel Telephone Company can supply the voice gateway equipment as necessary. Contact Citadel Telephone Company for the specifics.
