You'll need a headset that is compatible with your Laptop or PC. Some headsets have "mic in/speaker out" plugs and typically work with PC's. "USB" headsets are typically used with Laptops since most Laptops do not have the connections that accept plugs. Any variety of headset will work with the softphones listed for download below.
